Safety Rules The following general safety rules apply in all experimental areas: High-heeled shoes or open-toed shoes, flip-flops or sandals are not permitted. Visits in underground areas are forbidden to: pregnant women (after sixth month of pregnancy) people suffering from claustrophobia or vertigo children less than 10 years old children between 10-16 years old: max of 4 children for each accompanying adult. NOTE: Please note that the number of visitors to the underground tunnel and caverns is limited by the capacity of the elevators. Depending on the site that means a maximum of 200 to 300 people per hour.

RESERVATIONS:

No individual or group reservations are accepted.

GROUPS:

A dedicated reception point will be available in the parking in front of the CERN reception (building 33, reception for visits and Microcosm) and parking places will be available on the CERN Prévessin site for buses.

VISITORS CONFINED TO A WHEELCHAIR:

See info point outside building 33.

Parkings at the entrance of the Meyrin Campus

Swiss side (special TPG shuttles available): Centre sportif municipal, Mairie, Centre commercial Meyrin, MediaMarkt, P&R Route de Meyrin.
French side (special TPG shuttles available): Centre commercial Val Thoiry, Stade du Lion, Salle Jean Monnet, CERN-SM18 (avenue de l'Europe) in Saint-Genis-Pouilly.
